We stock the boat

On drop day, we shop your order and stock your boat during the time slot you picked. Cold stuff goes straight in the cooler.

Step aboard

Proof of the drop lands in slipside before you leave home. You show up to a stocked cooler, cold and ready. Nothing to carry, nothing to unload. Just go.

How do you get on my boat?

We meet you in person on your first drop to verify your ID and walk the slip together. Your gate code is stored encrypted and never shown to anyone, not even on our own screens.

What if I'm not going out this weekend?

Skip any week in slipside before the change cutoff, noon the day before your drop. Skipped weeks cost nothing.

When do I pay?

Your card goes on file at signup, but nothing is charged until fulfillment: once the change cutoff passes, we put your order together and bill your card.

What does it cost?

Store prices on everything, plus a flat $100 per drop. The order minimum is $250.

What if something's missing or wrong?

If anything is short or substituted, we adjust the charge down before it settles. The receipt in slipside shows exactly what made it aboard.

Which days do you drop?

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings, 8am to noon, at Montrose, Belmont, Diversey, DuSable, and Burnham.
