How it works

You order. We pick up, haul, and stow.

Build your order
Pick drinks, ice, and snacks in the app. A single drop or a weekly one. You can change it until cutoff.
Pick a window
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, 8 AM to 1 PM. Changes lock at noon the day before your drop.
Step aboard
We pick up your order from the store, meet you at the slip,* and stow it aboard. Cold things go straight in the cooler.

You bought the boat for the water. Not the beer run.

Your drinks come from the locally owned Chicago liquor stores we work with, at retail price, charged by the store. Slipside charges one flat fee per drop, once the drop is complete. Change or skip a drop before cutoff, noon the day before, at no cost.

Fair questions, straight answers

How do you get on my boat?: You or someone from your roster meets us at the slip.* Your gate code is stored encrypted and never shown to anyone, our own screens included.
What if I'm not going out this weekend?: Skip any weekly drop in the app before cutoff, noon the day before. Skipped drops cost nothing.
When do I pay?: Your card goes on file when you sign up. The store charges you for the drinks; Slipside charges the flat service fee once the drop is complete, never before.
What does it cost?: Retail prices from the liquor store we work with, charged by the store, plus a flat $100 per drop from Slipside. The minimum per drop is $150.
What if something's short or wrong?: If an item is short or swapped in, you pay only for what made it aboard. The receipt in the app shows exactly what did.
Which days do you drop?: Private owners: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, 8 AM to 1 PM, at Montrose, Belmont, Diversey, DuSable, and Burnham.Charters: any day, any time. Email us.
